　　　　In the last 10 years, the Internet has become more common and people who manage copyrights gradually think the internet is threat. For P2P technology which allows all of the computers to connect to each other without server has been spreading to the general public user. Using P2P technology the user can download various digital contents such as movies, music, apps,,, for free.
　　　　
　　　　Sometimes that content tends to contain a copyright protection items. Of course the movement is not morality however they have no guilty conscience because the movement is very common. So copyrighters try to change it using their press and they condemn it. But honesty saying that is a vain attempt. With a depression people want a saving. As a result, a download is increasing. I think the movement is not wrong, I think that it is the opportunity when more people access music. Find new songs and give publicize their friends, it is big promotion for the music industry.

　　　　By the way, according to IFPI’s Digital Music Report 2009, 95 per cent of music downloads are unauthorized, with no payment to artists and producers. I think the music industry should change a business model. Abolish the contents accounting then provide the contents free. They get a profit from another ways or the industry become bankrupt.

　　　　I suggest new business model that is Web-Advertising-support-style. It is free to consumer and copywriter can makes money from displayed advertising with SNS (Social Networking Service) such as MySpace Music, Mixi Music. To turn into reality, I want the industry to do their best. At the same time, I want the government to aim at the realization of the law in the Internet.

　　　　Sometimes the contents tend to contain items protected by a copyright. Of course violating copyrights is illegal however they have no guilty consciousness because it is so common. Copyrighters therefore try to change it using press and they condemn it. But honestly saying that is a vain attempt. Downloading has been increasing as people wants saving under depressing economy. I think that it is not wrong movement and for the music industry it could be rather an opportunity to promote new songs.
